Does the job.
Works great. I can not see out the back of the cabin of my boat from the helm. I mounted this thing under my Ram mounted iPad which I use for navigation and I can see most boats coming up behind me. It sticks well to the smooth fiberglass surface on the panel below the dashboard. I had to mount it upside down in order to get the vision I need, but that is no problem.

Used as a baby mirror
I bought this to use as a car mirror for my infant. The headrests on my seats (Infiniti G37) don't allow for traditional velcrow or stap on mirrors. So I opted for this. It has worked great. Doesn't fall, stays in place. It is a little sensitive to touch though so if you move it to much, it will come down.

Great cheap replacement for rear view mirror
Great mirror. I bought this as a temporary replacement for my rear view mirror. Now, I plan to keep this until it stops sticking. It's a good size, I can use it for blind spots on the right side of my car. I tried sticking this with just a bit of water and it fell immediately. I added vaseline to the suction and it hasn't budged in two weeks. It has stayed up even on hot days. Update - 9/2 - Mirror has not budged, and I move it around constantly!

A great replacement for my rearview mirror!
I'm using it in place of the original rearview mirror in my van. It works! I gave up fixing my original mirror attachment to the windshield glass (adhesive method) using different adhesives. It took me time to think of a solution. I looked around on Amazon and found this mirror. Anyway, I'm pleased with the sharp view of this CIPA glass mirror. The suction attachment position for the angle of my windshield glass did not allow me to put the mirror where the "objects are closer than they appear..." etched line but it is upside down which does not bother me at all. The letters are barely visible. See the two photos. The mirror suction cup seems to work well been three weeks before it got a bit loose that vibrations of the van made the mirror vibrate a little so I knew it was time to give the suction cup a push to refresh the suction pressure. I'd guess after several years of being in the sun the plastic suction cup will need to be replaced (my van is always exposed to sun..never garaged). So far, mirror has not fallen off yet.

Works well!
We used this last weekend on the lake and it worked perfectly! I didn't want a ski mirror that we had to attach using screws. I was a little apprehensive using a suction mirror - I was afraid we'd be spending all weekend reattaching it to the windshield. However, it stayed put, even in some rough chop. I did wet the suction cup before attaching it, which I've heard makes a stronger bond. We'll see how well it holds up over time (will update the review if necessary).

Excellent rear seat baby mirror alternative.
We used this mirror in conjunction with the Arkon extended car mount arm for use as a rear seat baby mirror. The setup works pefectly to be able to see our little one from the front seat. The assembly is mounted off to the side of the car seat itself, and the convex mirror shape allows full vision of the back seat. Because of the low roof line in our Lexus IS, the typical headrest mounted mirrors didn't angle down enough and also blocked the view out the back window. This is a great combination for those with similar visibility and or viewing angle issues for their little one.

Good value mirror that does what its supposed to do
Like others, I got this for my boat, and it's been working great (have used it several times). The mirror is adjustable to many different positions, and it seems pretty well constructed. I've read other reviews where they say it broke during install, but I didn't have any problems at all...maybe they got a bad one, but mine seems tough. The suction cup is great, and even stays on when going over big wakes with my boat which can be quite a jarring experience. The size of the mirror is just about right. Not too big or small. It doesn't seem to get in the way too bad when driving the boat. Also it gives you a pretty good view of what's going on behind you. Overall, I'm very pleased with this item because it works good and didn't cost much money at all. There are other mirrors out there that cost 5 times as much and don't seem to do much more than this one.

Using it as a baby car mirror
My so truck didn’t have a head rest to put a baby mirror. I got this so we could see our lo while driving down the road. Works better than I hoped! The reflection is much clearer then the baby mirror in my Jeep. The suction cup holds it in place with out vibration. Even over surprise speed bumps and My parents dirt road. I would recommend this mirror. Not sure about it’s intended use on a boat but it will probably do well.

Awesome rear-view mirror for your boat!
I bought one of these 15 years ago when we first bought our boat. It got dropped and cracked. I was surprised when I found the same mirror for about the same price. I bought it immediately and continue to be pleased with the performance of this mirror. I use it as a rear view mirror to help the spotter keep an eye on the people we're towing. If I break this one, you can bet I'll buy another one!

Must have for rear facing babyseats especially in the middle of the rear of your TRUCK!!
I love this thing and im glad I went with the product reviews, I used it because I have a truck with a baby seat in the middle. There is no headrest there and not being able to see my boy sucked. I tried propping up the headrest mirrors up between the window and seat and that didnt work because my window would move it everytime I opened it. So I found this and the best part about it is that it is infinitely adjustable, its optically clear and big enough to where I can see and communicate with my son and still be able to see out my back window. Love it.
