Bột gạo + bột nếp + đường cho vào âu trộn chung. Sau đó cho sữa chua + nước và bơ vào trộn chung. Cuối cùng cho mè vào trộn cho mịn đều, bột không dính tay. Cho bột vào túi bắt kem có đui răng cưa, sau đó khoanh tròn bột trên giấy, kích cỡ to nhỏ tùy ý.
Bắc chảo dầu lên bếp, chờ dầu nóng (không quá nóng không bánh dễ bị cháy) thì cho từng khoanh bột vào chiên với lửa vừa. Cứ chiên và nhẹ nhàng trở khoanh bột để bánh vàng giòn đều thì vớt ra đĩa.
Chờ bánh nguội hoàn toàn thì cho vào hũ hay bịch để ăn bé ăn dần. Bánh gạo chiên này có thể bảo quản 1 tuần nơi thoáng mát.
